Check “Reports” in the sidebar of your projects dashboard.

The reports feature in Teamcamp generates reports including finances, assignments, and time and expenses.

Finance

Payments

The "Payments" section provides an overview of all recorded payments. You can quickly check your financial transactions and their status.

Uninvoiced

In the "Uninvoiced" section, you can view billable time and expenses that haven't been invoiced yet.

Invoices

The "Invoices" section offers advanced invoice search and filtering options.

Assignment

This is particularly useful for project and task management.

Under "Projects," you can perform an advanced search and apply filters to gather detailed project information for different projects.

Tasks

Similarly, in the "Tasks" section, you can conduct search and filtering of your tasks, enabling you to track Tasks progress, status, and productivity.

Workload

The "Workload" feature provides insight into the distribution of tasks across your team members. It helps you assess the team workload and make necessary adjustments.

Team Timeline

For an overview of each team member's timeline, check the "Team Timeline" section. This feature is invaluable for resource allocation and scheduling.

Projects Timeline

The "Projects Timeline" feature lets you see the start and due dates across multiple projects. This is essential for managing project timelines effectively.

Time & Expenses

Time Tracking

Under "Time," you can get a basic overview of how much time has been tracked across projects. You can narrow the results using advanced filters to gain more specific insights into time allocation.

Expense Tracking

Similarly, in the "Expenses" section, you can track and analyze your project expenses.

Exporting Data

In addition to viewing reports within the platform, you can download all reports in a CSV file format for further analysis and record-keeping.
